From the very first call to Steve I knew we would be in good hands. He was extremely knowledgeable in everything from what the city inspector might look for to what updates would be worth our time and money. He was right will all his advice!  Steve updated every step of the way and told us exactly what to expect.

My Brother has worked with Steve. Steve knows a lot of the market in the Bloomington area. Steve did a great job on getting the house set up for the market (Comps in the area, getting photos of the home, home listing price, communication on the listing and when it would go to market, etc.) I have never been through this process as being a Power of Attorney, but Steve did a great job on navigating the process as to what I needed to do as POA when selling my parent's home. The process was very smooth and my brother and I were very happy with the process and getting more than the listing price of the home. Great Job, Steve Casalenda!
